Gala Clarinet – B-flat – 17/6

The creation in 2017 of the Légende and Tradition clarinets gave birth to a new reed instrument family. Thanks to its qualities combining tradition and innovation, it is attracting more and more musicians from around the world. Buffet Crampon, in 2020, decided to continue the development of this bore family by offering a new instrument that was unexpected both in terms of the quality of its French manufacturing and its particularly affordable price: the GALA clarinet.

Its design benefits from the latest research results which are characterized by the presence of rich harmonics and an overall balance of the instrument’s registers. This new professional clarinet is equipped with wooden chimneys (dalbergia melanoxylon) and leather pads. Finally, black nickel-plated rings, medallion and Blattschraubee adorn the instrument with sobriety and elegance.

The Gala is available in B-flat and A versions; it also receives an optional E-flat lever. It is the traditional pouch case which serves as a showcase for our new opus by offering professional musicians and enlightened amateurs a new ‘made in France’ clarinet.
